What sort of fish is Monk Fish? I'll have to see if I can find an Aussie substitute.

Sounds like we're going posh this month folks.

Who can help me out here-how would you describe Monk Fish? It's sort of white meaty fish a bit more exotic than cod or haddock but fairly easy to obtain here. Sure someone else can describe it a bit better

OK, Carol, sounds like I'm after a nice white-fleshed fish, with firm, but not dry flesh and fairly thick fillets. Is that right?
Hmmm... I think a nice bit of Barramundi or Rock Ling might be just the thing.

Is Lime the theme ingredient for April?
