What sort of fish is Monk Fish? I'll have to see if I can find an Aussie substitute.
Sounds like we're going posh this month folks.

Who can help me out here-how would you describe Monk Fish? It's sort of white meaty fish a bit more exotic than cod or haddock but fairly easy to obtain here. Sure someone else can describe it a bit better

OK, Carol, sounds like I'm after a nice white-fleshed fish, with firm, but not dry flesh and fairly thick fillets. Is that right?
Hmmm... I think a nice bit of Barramundi or Rock Ling might be just the thing.
Is Lime the theme ingredient for April?

Re: Ap to be split
Ok well we are now running with our APRIL cook off
So start thinking about posting a recipe all those who wish to take part
we can then vote for one and we will cook that
W/e 23 April----W/e 1st May
Then we come back beg of May and all give our verdicts!
