Re: mobile phone
Spooky...I was looking at those with my Dad last week.
Reminded me of an old fashioned Motorola Flip phone from a few years back.
Good sized buttons and seemed to do everything a modern phone should....including making phone calls!
It took a bit of mucking around but we finally got it working with Dad's hearing aid.
I don't know of anything else dedicated to the hearing (and slight sight) impaired.
Its functional but doesn't look super high tech.
Dad was thinking about it but there not any real good plans that included it over here.

They get good reviews here, being easy to use - not sure about the deaf angle though. Big buttons, no extras such as cameras - some have a programable SOS button, so it's easy to get help in an emergency.
