I think the one with Phyllis looks to be 1920's

if that is James death in 1925 then that would fit
so is she the dau of Joseph or Sarah?
James son and dau
They are with family in 1901

This maybe the marriage of Charles and Sarah, there was a Charles Evans with the family in 1901 was he a relative?
