He uses a lot of logic and says that when the 1911 Census was taken, it's all according who gave the info to the enumerator, but the name change could be to do with an inheritence/will.
When I mentioned that Williams father Thomas, named no father on his marriage cert, he said that could mean he was born illegitimate.
I mentioned the following and he said, this could possibly be a fact
