Re: Thomas Garratt Curate of Rowley Regis.
Hi Pete sorry nothing on Garratts before 1806, which were Baptisms at Cradley. They should be on the IGI, but I can add any extra details etc. I checked the 1781 Land Tax Records, no Garratts listed? Will give it some more thought. Linell.

Re: Thomas Garratt Curate of Rowley Regis.
These notes written by Di are from the Indrocution of the RR Transcripts:- Clergyman - Curate of Rowley Regis. `The families of Willetts had two branches, distinguished as `of Portway` or `of Woodside.`In 1704 Mr. Thomas Garratt married Elizabeth Willetts. He seems to be identicalwith the curate of Rowley in 1698.`
Thomas Garratt is also listed as a Curate in the list of Vicar's and Curates.
HTH from Linell.

I'm sorry but according to information from the Bishop of Worcester Diocese papers held at Worcs County Archives and Records the person mentioned at bcconnections.tribalpages is wrong.
My information about his place of birth was from their archives shown to me by their chief archivist.
Seems good enough.

Re: Thomas Garratt Curate of Rowley Regis.
In my Tree I have 6 times greatgrandparents Thomas Garrett (1679-1734) and Elizabeth Willetts (1688-1742), their son William Garrett (1712-1781) and his daughter Phillis Garrett (1744-1825). Unfortunately I have no other info on them. I don't know whether this helps.

Hi TWG1947
I have just had a look at your info and on BCC
The person that entered the info is on travels at the moment but we have contacted them
Until resolved I am disconnecting Thomas from Henry
the names of the children look good for a connection to Thomas and Deborah.
This is exactly what we like to happen people to flag up any different information so we can look into it and then amend where necessary
I have amended the dob to an about date for now and will leave the place of birth tbc
