This is a hard post for me to write.
In 2019 I was referred to a psychiatric hospital for my severe mental health issues (caused by brain damage at 3 months old), thanks to the pandemic I was not seen until the end of 2024 in between those dates I became a very nasty hateful person that was mean and cruel with my words, I was also very angry and caused a lot of damage around the house, thankfully I live alone and no danger to others. So it was better if I stayed away from here (and other forums) that way I would not offend or upset other members.
While I am now 95% better I still have the odd wobble where the nastiness re-appears so my advanced apologies if I post something that isn't nice etc. I don't mean it as it to be nasty it is just the way my brain functions sometimes. As my psychiatrist said I have all the symptoms of severe ADHD but don't have ADHD so the normal treatment for ADHD would do more harm than good. I have to learn to notice the trigger points and mechanisms to then deal with them before I go full tilt nasty/angry for no reason.
Thank you for your understanding in this.
Simon

The hardest bit is over Simon!
Understanding your problems and trigger points will surely be a great help, to help to keep yourself stabilized.
I personally have never seen you post anything nasty.
My very best wishes in staying well and healthy as possible.
