That Brummie family (Deaf Ernest) are a red herring did deaf people makes stoves? nothing to do with the dudley family buried in Dudley Just a thought

What stops deaf people making Stoves ?

In 1939 there is Mary E Shaw born 1928 who has the mothers maiden name Dukes

The only marriage i could find was for Ernest and Ethel May Dukes in 1922 (First marriage of Ernest as he was a widower on his marriage to Phyllis Lilley )

The second child was Phyllis, record is officially closed in 1939.

My thinking is that Ethel died during childbirth as they are both registered Sept 1934 in Birmingham.

I have searched and searched and cannot find an Ernest H Shaw born abt 1897 with father Ernest, i do think that Ernest with father Samuel is correct and that the marriage cert to Phyllis Lilley could be a mistake. My opinion.

The only birth registered for Ernest Harold Shaw in 1897 is with MMN Peters as i posted originally.

It's a pity you can't see the bottom of Headstone photo i think it has the death for Daisy. It looks like only the top half of the headstone is visible
