I might be completely bonkers here but.. :roll:
I found an Eliza Parsons on the 1881 census.
Dudley Union Workhouse
Eliza Parsons, head, unm, 40, nailor, Dudley
James, son, 8, Kingswinford
Sarah, daur, 7, Kingswinford

No other children were with her that were there on the 1871 census. There is a birth for a James Parsons White a couple of years out from the child with her in the work house?? 1871 Apr-Jun Dudley

I looked for the other children from the 1871 and could only find a possible one in 1881.

75, Halesowen Street Rowley Regis
James Hackett, head, 28, Coal miner, Stafs ?
Jane, wife, 28, Worc, Hale Hill
Margaret, daur, 9, scholar, Rowley
James, son, 7, Rowley
Jane, daur, 4, Rowley
Eliza, daur, 2, Rowley
Mary White, niece, 16, domestic servant, Rowley

There is a possible marriage James Hackett to Jane Rhoden in Jul-Sep 1871 Dudley 6c 98
There is also a possible marriage for a Eliza Rhoden to a William White in Apr-Jun 1862 Dudley St Thomas 208/003/188

Looking for them in earlier census hasn't helped but,

There is a possible marriage for them in Mar 1862 Birmingham. Joshua Inston and Ann Rhoden.

Roger Boswell has Aquila Parsons marrying an Eliza Roden as well as Mary Windsor. It looks like Roden was her maiden name

Would it be possible to look up the Marriage of Eliza Rhoden and William White?

So not sure I am getting this
we have a Mary White with an aunt Jane Rhoden who has Parents Joshua and Ann

and we have our Eliza Rhoden with parents
Joseph and Eliza?

so Jane and Eliza arent sisters
so how can that be the dau of Eliza with her aunt..

someone sort this out!!

Possibly,
Mary White, niece of Jane Hackett nee Rhoden. Janes mother Ann Inston nee Rhodes. Mary Whites mother possibly Eliza Parsons, White, Rhodes :?

ah! but she will change her mind when she finds that her intendeds grandson has been sleeping with his step aunt
