That is sooo dificult!!! :shock:
To spatchcock a chicken!!Mind you the end result is fabulous!!

My recipe is Greek Roast Lamb with a delicate Lime Sauce.

Ok so far then we have

CAROL'S-Monkfish with Lime and Prawns served with rice (included tomatoes, onions & wine)
MALLY'S - Tarragon Chicken with Lime and Creme Fraiche
ROB'S- Greek Roast Lamb with a delicate Lime Sauce
NORTHERN LASS- Grilled Spatchcocked chicken with new potatoes, roast asparagus and herby yoghurt.



W/e 23 April----W/e 1st May
Then we come back beg of May and all give our verdicts!
