I have added and connected up. I have added a John Bateman as father but have made a note that we cant find a John a gentleman with son Albert.

Birth certificate has arrived.

23rd April 1879. 56 Halesowen Street. Albert Jones. Mother Eliza Bateman.

So he is Elizas Illegitimate son.
