Taylor - Nathan born 1832 Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove
Coutesy of Frodo

I have a number of books that belonged to Nathan Taylor in which he has written when he became the owner - one of them is a 1712 edition of The Imitation of Christ and on one of the inside plain pages the names of the previous owners are written ( see above) I think it reads November 8(?)th 1806 Thom Dyod (is this died?) Mr William Taylor of Omsbrsby(?) His Book 1806. Nathan was born in Stoke Prior so I assume the place must be local to there or somewhere in the Birmingham region. The nearest I found using the internet was Ombersley in Worcestershire?
