George is a boarder at 32 Providence Street
also a boarder at 27 Providence Street is a Joseph Willetts age 18

I wonder if Elizabeth states she is a widow in 1911 (if still alive) :?

I've been searching for Elizabeth in the 1911 but not found her so far, most have got husbands and there is one living with her sister but it says she is single and a dressmaker.
I will have another search tomorrow Mally.
