New Work-Out Routine

Post by Lulu »

I was down our local Curry House the other night and the waiters taught me this new keep fit routine. I think we should all have a pole in our house, or garden. No more aches and pains  Mike won't like it though, he doesn't like foreign food.

If you think you have to be thin to be fit, have a look at the second chap.

Just because you're Paranoid, it doesn't mean to say they're not out to get you.

It's the bit when they fall that gets me. That and standing horizontally with just their feet curled round the pole. I would be so dead, if I tried any of that.

Bit of Bhangra dancing, just what I need to burn off any cake I might inadvertently eat this week.
