That said, I would like to point out that the 1871 has two entries

Louisa born 1809 and also 1847

Can someone with access post them both?

There is this one in 1881
Walsall
Joseph Billingham 35 chain maker Rowley
Louisa ditto 36 Wolverhampton
Alfred ditto son 11 Walsall
Elizabeth ditto dau Rowley
Jsoeph ditto son Walsall

They are in the 1871 census too with Louisa born 1847 as far as I can see. I was thinking that would perhaps fit for the marriage, age-wise, but there is a possible marriage in 1870 in Walsall which might be it. Except that the son Alfred seems to be in the 1891 census born 1865, which again would fit that marriage?

The other one is in the 1871 census, Louisa Billingham born 1809 Staffordshire, spouse Joseph Billingham. Can you see whare she was born?
