Guest Family for Hope

Post by Antie Em »

I have received copy certificates from a lovely lady who has her Lane tree on Ancestry, and I have forwarded these on to Hope. She is still to send me the marriage certificate for Enoch Lane and Eliza Guest, although she has sent me Eliza's birth certificate, which gives her parents names as Tobias Guest and Jane Hackett. I have added this information to BCC here : http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... i=27478793

Because I am really busy with weddings after the aftermath of Proms, I'm not able to spend time helping Hope in the next couple of weeks.

Can someone please guide Hope through the next stage. She doesn't have access to Ancestry, so will need help with the Census.

Many thanks - Maggie (still hoping the Elves will stop by :-) )

JAMES HIPKISS Marriages:
Spouse: JANE HACKET Marriage: 29 JAN 1808 Tipton, Stafford,
Extracted

JANE HIPKISS Christening: 13 APR 1817 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester,
Parents:
Father: JAMES HIPKISS
Mother: JANE Extracted

TOBIAS GUEST
Marriages:
Spouse: JANE HACKETT
Marriage: 22 JAN 1837 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester, Extracted

something not right here
is it a mistake on the Marriage should she be Jane Hipkiss and not Hackett
if that is the marriage of her parents she is born well after marriage
