I have heard of Keturah - it's a proper name
Wiki : Keturah \k(e)-tu-rah\ as a girl's name is pronounced ke-TOO-rah. It is of Hebrew origin, and the meaning of Keturah is "incense". Biblical: the second wife of Abraham and mother of six of his sons, who became ancestors of various Arabian peoples. The name was revived by the Puritans

Re: Handwriting question
Been listening to a Meg Hutchinson book and there is a character in it called Kesiah. We have this name used quite a lot on BCC and I've always thought it was pronounced Kayzia - but whe pronounces it k-siah as in Isiah. Learned something new today.

Re: Handwriting question
Well, many thanks! What I originally thought was yet another transcription error is actually a real name...
I thought it was perhaps Betinah, or something similar!
You do learn something every day, indeed!!
