This is the only William Powell I can see in 1881, and Legan don't look like Selina to me,

So we are stuck aren't we on this

her mother may be Selina Walker/Willetts

Mary is possibly the one on 1881 aged 4 as G.dau to Caroline Willetts
and
1891 Step dau to William Powell

We know father is Joseph

we know there is a connection to Siviters and other Walkers

You found a Joseph with Wm Siviter and Hodgetts

martha Hodgett married Joseph Walker
they have a son Joseph bout rite age

I think he is father to Mary
