Do you always have to be the comedienne?

Theoretically, it refers to any tachycardia that is not ventricular in origin. This definition includes physiological sinus tachycardia which can be a normal reaction to stress and a variety of non-cardiac conditions such as fever and hyperthyroidism. In the widest useful sense supraventricular tachycardia includes abnormal sinus tachycardia, ectopic atrial tachycardia (that is, not from the sinoatrial node), atrial fibrillation/atrial flutter (though if identified these are usually considered separately) and junctional tachycardia.[1]

We're lucky, in x-ray we don't have to put up with them for very long! Luckily the annoying patients are few and far between. And if they're drunk and annoying and don't want to do what we need them to, then they get told that it's their choice as to whether they help us get the best result, or they risk the doctors overseeing something - it's the truth, but sometimes they need it spelt out to them! Mostly it's a case of gritting your teeth and putting up with it, as long as they don't get violent.
Now as for the doctors, they're a chapter all on their own!!!

Forgot to mention though Antie Em, NL's got a heart of gold, because who else would keep their "finger on the button" in sorting all this genealogy out? I know that there are many many people who help NL out a lot, but you've still got to have a CHIEF to tell the Indians what to do.
