There are any number of vanity publishing outfits around, some are rip off merchants others are straight forward paid for publishers, you just have to do your research, especially follow up recommendations from other authors etc. It might be worth checking out local places that have their own stuff on sale (museums etc.) and ask them where they got their stuff done. Have a look to see if anyone runs a literary festival near you, they often have workshops on such things as getting published. With the boom in such things as the Kindle you don't even have to have them physically published any more, and if you want you could go the physical download route by making them available as a file that can be printed off. You could do it all yourself, but you'ld need to check out printers, make sure your software matches theirs, learn about page setting, fonts and all that sort of stuff. Oddly enough I'm sitting here with a friend who's father did just that, mind you he did know a bit about it beforehand as he used to run an advertising agency and is now a second-hand book dealer.
