My son in law gets around the country with his job and always looks for farmers markets on his travels. Last week he stopped off in Gloucestershire at a place where they smoke their own cheese. Came back with a box full of samples - they were lovely - although my favourite cheese still has to be halloumi - cooked on the barbi.

That may be the case close to Copenhagen where there is the money and the population for supermarkets having a big range of organic products, but it's not like that where I live. There are a few markets, but if you're not after cheese, fish or flowers then there's not much else.
What I'd like in terms of farmers markets are the not so common products that are a little bit different. There are however some specialist shops which do have some good stuff.
