*Archive?* Finding Out Information from Belgium

I have come across a member of my family tree, Walter NUDDS, listed on the Belgium Police Immigration Listing for Antwerp 1916-1930. He has been found as Crew on HMS Vulture in Birkenhead on the 1901 Census and married in Portsmouth in 1900, originally born in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. He is not listed on the 1911, although his wife and daughter are in Portsmouth. His wife is mentioned in the Antwerp listing, but it is not clear whether she is with him, she is not listed under her own name. Does anybody have any tips as to how to investigate the Antwerp connection further and if there are any further immigration records that I can research.

You should be able to find details of Walter and his career from the Royal Navy records.
