It looks like Henry Insull married Emma Miles in 1869 and her brother Alfred Miles married Emma Insull (Henry's sister) in 1866
Having said that I have found a Henry Insull in 1871 with new wife Amy -- I suppose they might have had to say the names differently to know who was who!
