can we find Georges parents etc
witness is a John thomas Smart and Hannah Smart

Looking at the age of Sarah I would think she is a second wife to William, this could be it, extracted.

got George and Mary Jane Smart on the 1891 census at 28 Coneygree tipton

so her father is with them there.
That lot in 1881 with wife Ellen is the correct ones and I will enter those. for taylor
name of dau is Ellen so it fits.

So that looks good for the Smart family but is Sarah his mother as you say bit old

I think this is the family on the 1861 census

that is I believe the John Thomas on the certif.
But no George so he must have been b 1861 as on the 1881 age 20 and not 1858 age 33 on 1891.

So marriage would be good for Ann and William Smart ...
and on the 1851 census to confirm that she is an Ann and not a Mary ann as there are 2 marriages

I think it must be that one cos found both William Smarts one with Ann and one with Mary Ann on the 1851.
The one with Mary ann is the incorrect one.
