Oh goodness the pipe for the outside tap has burst and I cant turn the water off!!!
Anyone any ideas how to do it???

'Stop tap' usually found under the sink.
But this will turn all your supply off. (or should do)...

You could try spraying with WD40 could be safer than a prisoner.
