Ideas pls for sauces for christmas dinner

And general accompaniments pls

Cranberry sauce....any other ones you can buy
not making any been there done that

going to buy Onion sauce
used to make my own everything bread sauce etc
and ditched doing that years ago

So what I want is some bits to buy to go with me crimbo dinner
which is Beef
not Turkey

Pickled red Cabbage goes with beef also, or horseradish sauce.

How about an exquisite Peach Sauce to go with that Roast Beef on Christmas Day?
Combine jelly, ginger, mustard, orange rind and vinegar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted.
Add fresh peaches,heat thoroughly and hey presto!!
Serve over roast.
