This is how I do mine...

Re size your photo I think to max 80px x 80px

I use Irfanview for images, you can get a free download or use your own programme to resize.
On irfanview
Copy and paste your photo
click resize image
Set New Size
Change the pixels in the boxes to 80 and 80. It should automatically change the ratio
Make sure the preserve aspect ratio is clicked and apply sharpen after resample
Click ok and it will resize. Same that picture then it can be uploaded on the group.

On the group go to User Control Panel.
Then profile and then edit avatar.
Upload from your machine - browse
Find where you saved the photo and double click it.
Then click submit

Choose a photo
then rezize it using maybe flickr or whatever
make sure it is those dimesions jo says or under

and then save to your docs
then upload from there in user control panel!

and avator

I'm not thinking of Christmas till after December 5th!!
Thats when Sint Nikolaas goes back to Spain on his steam boat with his Black Peters!!
