My husband asked me to buy my own Christmas present the other day And to add insult to injury, wanted me to pay for it too!!
It was from Amazon, and what I'd forgotten was that his credit card details were on there too, so I didn't have to spend a penny!! In retrospect I should have ordered a few other things too... that would have taught him a lesson!

you can always pop back on and order something saying you forgot them
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

I like the sound of that, although it was quite an expensive gift. He keeps joking and says he may keep it until my birthday (in July) , at least I hope he's joking. The worst thing is that if he does, I wont even be able to get him back properly as his birthday's before mine!

Takes all the fun out of it though! I like not knowing what I'm getting. Last year he did well, and then he goes and spoils it all!!

Yes it does take the fun out of it when you know I like a surprise, but no fun if it's something you don't want or need, after lots of hints i did not get what I wanted for birthday from a certain person.
