Actually I think thats a mistranscription and its Benjamin C Hall - the C being Carpenter

Could be a mothers maiden name?

NL - not sure these do connect to BCC as you dont seem to have any Halls that mention the All Saints Church West Bromwich

Im trying to do all of the Halls from this Church, so if someone wants to add this to BCC, it can be archived
