She is totally without talent and less interesting than the boil on my butt.

I think people buy them as presents for people "of a certain age". I got one for Christmas last year - haven't played it yet.

Pity they don't put "swap" stickers on things people buy as gifts as they do here, most places give you a credit note until the new year, or later. And they wrap them for you too!!!!
But not always up to my standard (especially in men's clothes shops!)

It's still in the cellophane and I could probably have changed it but I don't know where it was bought. Trouble is, my daughter gave it to me amongst some other gifts and I didn't have the heart to tell her. The kids know I love classical music and that's probably the reason she got it. Not my idea of "classical" I have to say. Perhaps I'll think of someone to give it to this year

You should thank your daughter for giving you the shiney new drink coaster.

I know she's not everyone's cup of tea but I thought the interview was really good. For someone who had such a bad start in life, she's done really well

That is so typical of you.
She has got talent and to be honest it's the image not the voice that puts me of.
If her voice could be combined with say hmmm let me think Shakira's body ,she would be a star all over the world!1
Does ithat speak volumes for my shallowness?

Yes Rob - think it does - but I do agree. Prpbably Wagna (is this how you spell it) would be a hit if he didn't look so pervy. Still, he'll probably be a hit anyway - remember Tiny Tim ?
