Mark Dodd - Bugle Article - Nov 4

Post by Antie Em »

"Without a pair of shoes amongst them they walked all the way to Oldbury". Great article Mark, really interesting and lovely photos. Hope you have some luck with your Murphy's. I live not too far away from where your ancestors lived and a lot of the older properties are still around.

I wasn't kidding when I said most of my relatives have lived in the Black Country for centuries.

I hope I get something out of the article. I have helped heaps of Bugle readers in the past so Karma says I am owed big time :P

I think he is still recovering from all that foreign food.

Perhaps we should write an article on the web pages we are involved in?

I am sure they would publish it.

Repeat after me.

Mark Dodd is English and born in Birmingham, Warwickshire.

No luck on the Murphy side but I have had some Lavenders (2nd cousins) contact me from the Ford line.
