Lily Southall help please

In my family tree I have a Lily Southall born 1901 and found in the 1901 census ages 1 mth living at 9 High St Gaunts Yard Halesowen, but having problems when or who she married.
Her parents were William Southall (1856-1915) & Mary (Polly) Redfern (1857-1936)
I have been given a number of sources by Ancestry but cannot work out which is the right one.
Does anyone know who she married and when?

There's only the one Marriage listed in the Stourbridge Reg District Free BMD Sally, in the June Qtr 1921:-

Smith Frederick Southall Stourbridge 6c 29
Southall Lily Smith Stourbridge 6c 29

You would need to order it to make sure, what do the other Ancestry Trees say :?:

Thanks for your fast replies.
The other I was tossing up with was Stephens Jul-Aug-Sep 1932 Dudley not being sure how old she was when she got married.
All sorted on this one for now.
