Two Louisa Hingleys born 1836 on bcc Cradley Heath :-

I think they are same one and further research may confirm without marriage look up so please leave for now.
Foley family are very interesting as for most of 19th Century they were on Canal Boats between Rowley Regis and Hereford.
In latter part they became Publicans at Vine Inn Kings Road Cradley Heath.
One of their sons Samuel Foley jumped ship (Canal Boat) and became a Professor of Music and Music Seller.

Foley family connects to other BC families already on Bcc and I will be working on over next few days.

Connection is validated by fact that Louis Hickman brother of Maria is living with Samuel Foley and Maria in 1891
