Could someone check the image on 1901 census for ...

James T Chance born 1814 Birmingham, Warwickshire

It says this...

1901: 1 Grant Avenue, Hove, Sussex
Sir Jas T Chance Bart 87 Head Widwr Retired Glass Manufacturer
Margaret A Bart 50 Dau S
Marian G Bart 38 Dau S
James F Bart 44 Son S Retired Glass Manufacturer

I think the 'Bart' refers to only James (could it mean Bachelor of Art ?)

I thought "Bart" was short for Baronet as in SIR Jame T Chance -- officially I think it is either Sir or Bart
I also think it says GRAND avenue rather than Grant
