You're probably a bit dehydrated so although wine may be good for the soul, probably not a good idea. Something with a bit of salt in it wouldn't hurt, and plenty of fluids.

Plenty of fluids, dry toast, if you have a temperature try and keep it down aswell.
Lucozade isn't too bad, but it should be flat - Cola (not diet) is better as it contains sugar for energy and caffein to make you feel more alert.

Lucozade doesn't replace the electrolytes lost during the results of a stomach bug. The body loses sodium, and lucozade is a high carb drink with relatively low levels of electrolytes. Flat or not, it's not a suitable way to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost.
Non omnia moriar - Not all of me will die Quite a nice thought when you consider what we're all doing
I know this one! My sister had a doctor for a home visit for this once and she said no lucozade because it contains so much glucose and stuff that it actually takes water from your body by osmosis. So just drink plenty of other fluids. And eat things like mashed potato and old fashioned sponge puddings, high carbs.
Personally I think that you should eat what ever you fancy eating. Pizza sounds good though I'm not sure melted cheese sits very well in a queasy stomach.
Hope you are getting better now
