ARC tbc - look ups for john binns please

Looking for anything especially marriage info for john binns and WIFE mary b. 1780s in HaLIFAX, . WE THINK married in Halifax west yorkshire. john served with shropshire 53rd reg of foot in India from about 1805 and his wife had 3 children there. Robert 1808,Ellen 1811 and John 1812.
Desparate for this information,cant find any info on him apart from the above.

Tried family search,no luck there. The john binns peterd found ,checked those ,not the right guy.
