Jame's son Thomas Fradley (transcribed as Fridley) age 12 is a pupil at 112 Bath Row, Birmingham
" dau Charlotte Fradley age 18 is a Gen Serv in a shop at Washwood Heath Road, Aston, Birmingham

can't see Joseph in 1881 though, his parents are still be living in Richard Street - see below
