It is one of the highest protein meats in the world. (Probably the "reddest" meat in the world).

Very strong taste and needs to be cooked properly.

Kanagaroo Tail is only usefull for soup as you would break your jaw trying to chew it.

It makes terrific sausages. (Kanga Banga).

Emu is also very nice in pies. The meat is too tough for anything else.

I think we are the only country that eats its national emblems!

just started selling kangaroo and crocodile in a pub resturant near darlington fancy going to try them :?

Best Roast dinner..........does anyone know of a decent carvery
in the Midlands.

I have to say there is one up north and I had the best Carvery
