Family History Book

Post by chrissixties »

I have lots of scanned images and want to make a family history book. Has anyone made one? I'd like to make it on my PC but have a printed copy made - or several copies.
What did you use.
And How long did it take to do? I'm not quite sure how detailed I should make it.
Any thoughts, experiences welcome!

There are a few sites that do photo books and they are very nice I have seen one , you arrange all your photo's how you would like them then they print and bind them.

This is one site for example and perhaps one will do a Family History one.

The photo book should work well before. My aunt did an old photo one for my grandparents using My Reflections (google it) and it was really nice quality, looked great and you can download the software for free. It would probably be pretty easy to insert the census images and it comes with a heap of backgrounds and stuff so you could make it look really nice and professional.

Good luck with it.
