*Arc pending Look up* ---Benjamin Beddard and Hannah Cooksey
OK! I have noticed they are on BCC but my thing is does anyone have marriage info for Benjamin and Hannah? I have talked to another descendant of Emmanuel Beddard off ancestry.com and they had a marriage and I remember them saying that Benjamin's father was listed as Thomas, a miner. I do have a birth certificate for him somewhere (stuff is in storage as we live with my Mom while hubby is in basic training for the army) and I remember the year as 1862. I'm fairly certain that Benjamin Beddard father of Emmanuel IS the Benjamin in my family. My problem is I don't want to add my Benjamin to the family on BCC if it is accepted that the two Benjamins are the same. I also don't want to link them up in case. Just wondering what the marriage info DOES say and if I can have the go ahead if they match to link them up?
Thanks, Jessie

Do you know of this site Jessie
http://www.bmsgh.org/index.html
it is very very good
we can look marriages up using this info at archives
1883
Surname Forename(s) Surname Forename(s) Church / Register Office Registers At Reference
BEDDARD Benjamin COOKSEY Hannah Dudley, St James Dudley Register Office 202/009/305
so yes it is good I will add the church in and that in notes

So here is the link
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... onnections
if you connect to this lot you need to add your name too
always ensure that the wording Connects to: and your user name is above everything in the notes
so that is the first thing we see who it connects to

Jessie you cannot link them up until you know for sure the father of your Benjamin that married Hannah Cooksey
so you can have that looked up and see if father is thomas
in meantime you can make a note in notes that it may be the Thomas on BCC tbc via marriage look up

LOL you've been busy! And ok I'll post it in the look ups. I'll check out that site AND I'll put a note about the possible father for Benjamin. I'm pretty sure because that lady had it, but want to double check.
