I may have missed something but why are we looking for Ann/Hannah born London?? Their marriage says both otp also says (Off. min) not sure what this means

Emanuel appears to be the son of Benjamin Woodhouse and Mary Brownhill who married 29 Oct 1820 at Halesowen. Emanuel was married to Ann Willetts on 27 Oct 1845 at St. Thomas, Dudley (Wheee ... Woodhouses and Willetts in one thread!!! ) Eli Willetts is Ann's brother.
But your Ann is too old to be the daughter of Benjamin Woodhouse & Mary Brownhill. She is more contemporary with this Benjamin.
