Its probably before registration. I cant see anything on the IGI other than submitted that says Mrs Cary Perrins. Have you a childs birth certificate to get her maiden name?
Theres a tree on Ancestry says Parsons?

Mumbles also has a Hezekiel Parsons in his/her tree who was born and died in 1735. This can't be a coincidence! More sleuthing coming up! :P
