It's Perrott Street, Oldbury, San, there was a Perrott Arms pub nearby, now derelict. I've a William Rollason b. abt 1868 Oldbury m. Fanny Elizabeth Plant b. abt 1871 in 1894 West Brom, if that's any use!

and you put this marriage against this thread
