Got a look up to do for this Jane Charles that married Francis Westwood in 1897
I am ok with Francis side

but what is her maiden name

Can't see one for Rebecca but will have another try , 1889 is the birth year for Rebecca on the census.

Searched Free BMD and still can't find a Rebecca Charles, found another Pheobe but it could be the same one as above.
