Archive 24 hrs- What does SAVE do?

Apart from the obvious --

While making a post I have twice in the last two days clicked the SAVE button instead of PREVIEW or SUBMIT - it has had no apparent effect and I was just curious as to where it was going and what its real use is.

Just tried it and this is what it says...

"Please note that saved drafts only include the subject and the message, any other element will be removed. Do you want to save your draft now?"

I clicked 'Yes' so now I'll see where it is - be back in a min :wink:

If you go into 'User Control Panel' (just under Board Index at the top) and then 'Manage Drafts', your message is saved for when you wish to use it :?

This is the one I saved ........ 'Just gonna try it with this post ' :?

if you save a draft go into user control panel

overview

Manage draft

then you can edit or delete before posting
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.

Thank you peterd and Mally - I admire you ability to make sense of IT things - my children keep telling me to be brave and try things out but when I look at the screen any ideas of what to try next just desert me!
