KDW and San have added a lot of info on Mucklow Family and I have now found connections to Woolvin and Hobbs family as Thomas Mucklow born 1852 married ( 2nd time ) to Sarah Leonard. Sarah was a widow of Albert Woolvin who connects to Hobbs and other families on bcc.
Problem:-
on 1861 Census Thomas and James Mucklow are shown as grandchildren of Samuel Mucklow and Maria Smart but on all Ancestry Trees are shown as children of Samuel and Maria ( Wrong I think)

Thomas married twice ist to Sarah Ann Foster at St.Thomas Dudley in 1874
and then to Sarah Mucklow (nee Leonard) in 1898

I do not want to make all connections until I find out who parents of Thomas and James were

So on both census Thomas and James are shown as G. children

Given age of Thomas my guess would be child of Ely! Unless there is an older son already married

It is always possible of course that they were the sons of Philena and later adopted as "sons" of the family!

Just noticed i havent added Mira Mucklow to BCC, i wonder if the transcription is wrong on the 1851 as Mira is age 1 and Maria age 9

Sarah Mucklow disappears after 1851 Census and a Sarah Mucklow died in Halesowen in 1857 so it is possible Sarah was mother of Thomas born 1852 and James born 1855 .
Other daughter of right age went on to marry a Thomas Bennett in 1864 and they had no children
Betty Mucklow born 1826 is other candidate
