We have a sister of Elizabeth Hackett shown as Sarah Jane Hackett.

On 1901 Census Wrights Lane Rowley Regis Dudley Staffs.

Sarah Hackett wife 47
James Hackett son 23 Engine Driver at Pitt above ground
Josephous Hackett son 21 Engine Stoker at Pitts
Elizabeth Hackett dau 19 Dressmaker
Annie E. Hackett dau 17
Kate Hackett dau 15 Tailoress
Alice J. Hackett dau 13
Ethel M. Hackett dau 11

This is only combination Sarah Jane and Elizabeth with corect ages I can find and also the Wright Lane address

These are two Marriages:-
The 1874 marriage ties up with 1881 Census
Joseph is variously named Joseph, Josephus and Josephous on various Census but in 1881 ,1891 and 1901 are in Wrights lane

What is throwing me is that he is variously shown as different christian name.
But evidence to support right one is:-
a) Father William Hackett is a Stationary Engine Driver as is his son and grandchildren
b) Joseph born 1855 lives in Peartree Street in 1871 and lives 11 doors away from Sarah Cockin
I have also found parents & siblings of William to add as well
