Ok I am posting this look up

I have a feeling it is the William Daniels b 1860 but I don't know

so can we start with this one and come to it fresh eyed


I have not entered this marriage yet so let's see what we uncover...some of the census for this couple are in that possible links thread

So this is a look up done for Jimmy the cat

look at the name matilda

I think this is Wm Daniels son of Wm Daniels b 1834

(A chartermaster is a person who is responsible for extracting coal from a section of a mine, being responsible for the men's safety and welfare, and for the maintenance of the workings etc.)

The only other one I can see is what we have.

and they are born RR
not Bloxwich a very different area

so I dont know

could do with finding this Bloxwich lot on later census

rite well in that case it is the Other one that married Rhoda

I am connecting them up
I think the age is good
area is good
he calls his dau Matilda
father is a William Daniels

Ok the only sticking point is that Wm jnr and Wm snr on marriage cert say miners
and both Wms that we want are labourers....but I find any occup is stuck on the cert
perhaps miner was a step up from labourer

On his marriage Wm snr puts engineer
