:o This is soooo typical.
The thread is supposed to be about " forgotten songs " of yesteryear and suddenly it's hijacked and it becomes " The Northern Lass Show " and her possee start to agree with her.
It never fails to amaze me how people think that anything from across the English Channel is automaticaly rubbish.
The Italians for example were masters of the dramatic ballad and many of these songs were translated into English and became smash hits. Most probably some of your favourite songs were originally " foreign ".
I think the Kings of Leon are good and i love The Killers but it saddens me when people dismiss music because it's either " before their time" or it's sung in a strange language.

Wot as opposed to the Rob Show!
you are so full of it!

So possesive about your threads!
when the only ones you possess are those that are hanging from your shirt tails!

These threads are for everyone stop being so boring!
If we want to join in we can!
so shut up!

We don't have to agree with you!
bet you had just come in from Tennis
had a few and went on the computer looking for depressing songs to remind you when you were young and with
joints that didn't scream after every step....talking of which bet you are a size 9 shoe?

and another thing!
some of us aren't as ancient as you!
so you will have to forgive us unused to the melodies of the stone age

rite Cid your turn....anyone else want to Robbie bash...hey that could be a new sport
oh and do your own look ups!
