MCHALE family tree

I am trying to put together my family tree and I have come to a dead end.
My great grandfather was Richard Mchale born a Catholic in Ireland, Foxford, co Mayo, parish Toomore, I think in about 1863.
He moved to England and married Julia (I think Mulvany)she was a widow other married surname Wells. She was born in Rochdale.
They lived in Todmorden.
I need to find out his parents details and any more information so I can continue.
Can anyone help please.
